The AI hype is loud. The results are quiet.

The gap between "watch this demo" and "it runs in my business" is enormous. Full of edge cases, failures, and lessons nobody posts about. Everyone's an AI expert now. Few have the scars to prove it.

PostHype is a mastermind. A small, closed group that meets regularly to challenge each other's thinking and share what's actually working. Not a community with thousands of people. Just a room where everyone contributes.

A weekly meeting for people who are past the hype and deep in the work. Building with AI, shipping real things, figuring out what holds up in production and what falls apart.

What drives the conversation every week

Nobody has it all figured out. It moves too fast. If someone claims they have all the answers, that's your first red flag. We're here to build, break things, and learn together honestly.

It's harder than it looks. "I replaced my entire team with agents" makes a great post. Not a great strategy. Getting from a demo to something that actually works in your business is messy and full of edge cases nobody talks about.

Not everything needs AI. The market is flooded with tools that shouldn't exist. Sometimes simple code or a good process beats a model. Knowing where to draw that line is the skill.

Move forward, but eyes open. Security, governance, predictability... still being figured out. Not a reason to wait, but a reason to be careful and honest about what you don't know.

Results over demos. Hours saved. Processes fixed. Decisions improved. That's what matters.

Who's behind this

Denis Lunev, founder/CTO of DepositFix (SaaS in payments space), fractional CTO. 20 years in tech. Old enough to understand that the difference between a demo and "it actually works" is huge. Building with AI in production every day, not just talking about it.

I got tired of two extremes: people who think AI solves everything and people who think it's all hype. The truth is in the middle — and you find it by doing the work, not watching from the sidelines.

I started PostHype to build alongside people sharp enough to make it worth everyone's time.

Small and intentional. If this resonates, let's talk.
